We share this vision with some of the most renowned international marketplace investors to bring camper sharing to the world.


We currently have a team of more than 60 Campers making this vision a reality. We believe in love, respect and authenticity, which is reflected in the daily worklife of our diverse team.


As we embark on a new international adventure, we are looking for an experienced Head of Business Development - Europe to help us break into new and dynamic markets, paving the way for our global success.


Your Mission

  • You drive PaulCamper’s global expansion by scaling our existing international markets as well as launching new markets.
  • You choose the future target markets for PaulCamper and define the relevant entry strategy and growth metrics for each market.
  • You live and breathe our DNA (#paulcamperstyle) and combine it with local user needs to help us achieve our ambitious goals in a highly competitive markets.
  • You collaborate closely with the other department heads and our cross-functional teams to implement all local requirements necessary for success.
  • You build and develop your own team, inspiring the right people to join you on this journey.


Your Travel Experience

  • You have several years experience in globally expanding marketplaces, ideally in C2C-marketplaces, as well as community building.
  • You are a well-rounded project manager with experience in managing multiple international projects simultaneously, in addition to developing and implementing global strategies.
  • You are a data-driven entrepreneur, who loves to find new and creative ways to solve each upcoming challenge you face on your journey.
  • You have at least 3 years experience in leading your own cross-functional international team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • You have collaborated with a diverse array of stakeholders and find it easy to establish and maintain relationships.
  • You know how to analyze, prioritize and delegate tasks within your team and the company.
  • You are a passionate outdoor traveller and can't wait to share that passion with the world.
